  • It sits in a private database I check personally when a client’s needs match.
  • There’s no exclusivity. You can list elsewhere, on Airbnb, or with other agents.
  • Listing here is free. Always. No fee on placement, no commission, no catch.
  • You stay in control: you set the rate, vet the tenant, and decide whether to accept.
  • If you have a larger property — a full house or apartment — that you’d like to let on a formal lease, that’s a different service. Get in touch about a mandate.
